Irresistible Raspberry Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate ganache
1/2 cup raspberry jam
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup buttercream frosting pink
12 fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line a cupcake tin with paper liners to prepare for baking.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, which usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring to beat well after each addition. Follow this by mixing in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture while alternating with the milk. Start and finish with the flour mixture, and mix just until combined.
6. Gently fold in the mashed raspberries and semi-sweet chocolate chunks, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
