HOW TO MAKE OATMEAL COOKIES
INGREDIENTS :
125g butter, at room temperature
cup brown sugar
cup white granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cups oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp baking soda
tsp salt, if possible leaf
2 tsp cornstarch
cup dried black raisins, seedless
cup walnuts, hand crushed
cup dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS :
Mix flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and cornstarch in a small bowl and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, white sugar and egg until creamy.
Add the dry mixture and mix with a spatula or hands if needed until all the ingredients are combined.
Add the black raisins, walnuts and chocolate and mix.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take tennis ball-sized pieces from the dough, roll and leaving at least 4-5cm of space between cookies and 5 cm of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly. press lightly on the cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 12-15 minutes, until the edges have started to barely brown
