This Apple Cinnamon Swirl Loaf is the perfect soft, moist, and aromatic treat for any occasion! Layers of spiced cinnamon-sugar swirl, tender apple chunks, and a buttery crumb make this loaf perfect for breakfast, snack time, or dessert.

Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

cup light brown sugar adds rich caramel notes!

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for that warm, cozy flavor!

For the Loaf Batter:

cup white sugar for balanced sweetness!

cup butter, softened for a tender, moist crumb! 杻

2 eggs adds structure & richness! 讀

1 teaspoons vanilla extract boosts flavor!

1 cups all-purpose flour creates a sturdy yet soft loaf!

1 teaspoons baking powder for a perfect rise!

cup milk keeps the loaf soft & fluffy! 拏

1 apple, peeled & chopped Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended!

For the Topping Optional but Delicious!:

1 tablespoon butter, melted 杻

1 teaspoon sugar mixed with teaspoon cinnamon

1 Preheat & Prepare the Pan

Preheat oven to 350F 175C.


Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

2 Make the Cinnamon Swirl

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.

Set aside for layering in the loaf.

3 Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in vanilla extract.

4 Mix Dry & Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until fully incorporated.

Gently fold in chopped apples.

5 Assemble the Swirls!

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.

6 Bake to Perfection

Bake for 4550 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
