Harley Quinn Inspired Shot Recipe
Ingredients:
Blue Layer:
0.5 oz blue curaçao syrup
0.5 oz piña colada drink
White Layer:
0.5 oz piña colada drink
0.5 oz coconut rum
Pink Layer:
10 pieces of bubble gum infused in 1/2 pint white rum
0.5 oz strawberry liqueur
0.5 oz piña colada drink
0.5 oz overproof rum
Rim:
Pink sugar
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Rim:
Dip the edge of a shot glass in water or syrup, then coat with pink sugar. Set aside.
2 Blue Layer:
In a shaker with ice, combine blue curaçao syrup and piña colada drink. Shake well and strain into the shot glass, filling one-third.
3 White Layer:
In another shaker with ice, combine piña colada drink and coconut rum. Shake well and layer it gently over the blue layer using the back of a spoon.
4 Pink Layer:
Infuse white rum with bubble gum by soaking the gum for a few hours. Strain the mixture.
Combine the bubblegum-infused rum, strawberry liqueur, piña colada drink, and overproof rum in a shaker with ice. Shake well and layer on top of the white layer.
