Golden & Crunchy Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Directions:

Preheat the oven:


Set your oven to 425F 220C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the cauliflower:

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Roast:

Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the florets are golden brown and crispy on the edges.

Add finishing touches:

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese in the last 5 minutes of roasting if using.

Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
