Ingredients:

Instructions:

Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing well.In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms.Pour the batter into the prepared dish and arrange apple slices on top.Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
