Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce 數龍
Ingredients:
1 lb 450g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp 28g butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup 120ml beef broth
1/2 cup 120ml heavy cream
1/2 cup 50g grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Season the Steak:
Generously season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
Cook the Steak:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the beef broth, scraping the skillet to release the browned bits.
Add Cream and Cheese:
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes:
For a lighter sauce, substitute chicken broth for beef broth.
Serve over pasta or with crusty bread to complete the meal.
