Garlic Butter Steak and Shrimp
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 ribeye steaks or cut of your choice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Steak:
Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your preferred doneness medium-rare: 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic.
Toss in the shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque about 2-3 minutes per side.
Sprinkle with parsley and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper.
4. Assemble:
Place the steak on a plate, top it with cooked shrimp, and drizzle with garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.
