Galaxy Cocktail
Ingredients:
Blue Layer:
0.75 oz blue curaçao
1 oz lemonade
1 oz peach schnapps
6 oz ice
Purple Layer:
0.25 oz blue curaçao
1 oz tequila
1 oz lemonade
0.75 oz grenadine
6 oz ice
Directions:
Prepare the Blue Layer:
In a blender, combine 0.75 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz lemonade, 1 oz peach schnapps, and 6 oz ice.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a container and place in the refrigerator to keep cool.
Prepare the Purple Layer:
Rinse the blender to remove any residue from the previous mixture.
Combine 0.25 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz tequila, 1 oz lemonade, 0.75 oz grenadine, and 6 oz ice in the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a separate container and refrigerate.
Assemble the Cocktail:
Tilt a glass slightly and pour a small amount of the blue layer into the glass.
Alternate pouring the blue and purple layers, tilting the glass at different angles to create a swirling, galaxy-like pattern.
Continue layering until the glass is filled.
Serve:
Optionally, garnish with edible glitter, a slice of peach, or a cherry to enhance the visual appeal.
