1 cup plain yogurt Greek or regular
籠 1 cup granulated sugar
籠 1/2 cup vegetable oil

籠 1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
籠 2 tsp baking powder
蓼 1/2 tsp salt
Zest of 1 lemon optional
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
