Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb white fish such as cod or tilapia, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp hot sauce optional
Instructions:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
Season the fish with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the fish in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until flaky and cooked through.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble tacos by adding fish to the tortillas and topping with cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Mix sour cream and hot sauce optional to drizzle over tacos.
Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
