FIREBALL WHISKEY CHEESECAKE SHOTS
INGREDIENTS:
For the Crust:
3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
1/6 cup brown sugar
1/6 cup melted butter
For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Splash of lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
1/6 cup white sugar
1/4 cup Fireball whiskey
For the Topping:
Cherry pie filling
1/4 cup Fireball whiskey
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: PREPARE THE CRUST
In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, brown sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Firmly press the crust mixture into the bottom of each shot glass.
STEP 2: MAKE THE FILLING
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the lemon juice, heavy cream, white sugar, and Fireball whiskey. Beat until the mixture is creamy and fully combined.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE SHOTS
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in each shot glass, leaving space for the topping.
STEP 4: PREPARE THE TOPPING
In a separate bowl, mix the cherry pie filling with the Fireball whiskey.
Spoon the cherry mixture over the cheesecake layer in each glass.
STEP 5: CHILL AND SERVE
Refrigerate the cheesecake shots for at least an hour before serving.
