Filipino Macaroni Sopas

Ingredients
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 can 12 oz evaporated milk 拏
4 cups water or chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped 暈
2 cloves garlic, minced 龍
1 medium carrot, peeled and diced 凌
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cabbage, chopped 塞
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste 蓼
Instructions
1 Cook the Macaroni
Boil elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2 Sauté the Aromatics
In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
3 Add Vegetables
