1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped plus extra for garnish

Instructions:


1. Prepare the Filet Mignon:

Season the filet mignon steaks generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.

2. Sear the Steaks:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
