– 2 large eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.


2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set it aside for later.

3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract to infuse lovely flavor.

5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix for soft cookies!
