Easy Chocolate Oreo Delight

Ingredients:

1 package 14.3 oz Oreo cookies

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 packages 3.9 oz each instant chocolate pudding mix

3 1/2 cups cold milk

1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

1 cup mini chocolate chips


Directions:

Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.

Spread the pudding evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.

Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer.

Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.

Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving
