Ingredients:

For the crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the ganache filling:

200g dark chocolate chopped

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp unsalted butter

For garnish:

Powdered sugar

Steps:


1 Prepare the crust:

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

2 Bake the crust optional:

For a firmer crust, bake at 175C 350F for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.

3 Make the ganache:

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chopped dark chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes, then whisk until smooth. Stir in the butter for extra shine.

4 Assemble the tart:

Pour the ganache into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

5 Garnish and serve:
