Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

400g fettuccine pasta

2 tbsp olive oil 㮝

3 tbsp unsalted butter 杻

400g mushrooms, sliced

4 garlic cloves, minced 龍

1 cup heavy cream 拏

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 燎

1/2 tsp black pepper 蓼


Salt to taste 蓼

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown. 杻

3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 龍

4. Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 拏

5. Add Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. 燎蓼

6. Toss the drained pasta in the sauce. If needed, use the reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency.

7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or chives and extra Parmesan cheese. 燎
