Ingredients:
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 package 3.4 oz lemon pudding mix instant or cook-and-serve
24 oz white bark white chocolate or almond bark
Directions:
Melt the White Bark:
Place the white bark in a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the sweetened condensed milk and lemon pudding mix to the melted white bark.
Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring the edges overhang for easy removal.
Pour the lemon fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Set the Fudge:
Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for 2-3 hours or until firm.
For faster results, place the pan in the refrigerator until the fudge has fully set.
Cut and Serve:
Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper edges.
