Cotton Candy Jello Shots are a fun, colorful, and sweet treat that bring a carnival vibe to your parties.
Ingredients:
For the Jello Layers:
– 1 box 3 oz blue raspberry gelatin
– 1 box 3 oz pink strawberry gelatin
– 2 cups boiling water 1 cup per flavor
– 2 cups cold water 1 cup per flavor
For Topping:
– Whipped cream
– Cotton candy fluff store-bought or homemade
– Edible glitter or sprinkles

Directions:
1. Prepare the Jello Mixtures:
– In two separate bowls, dissolve the blue raspberry and pink strawberry gelatin powders in 1 cup of boiling water each. Stir until fully dissolved.
– Add 1 cup of cold water to each bowl. Mix well.
2. Layer the Jello:
– Pour the blue raspberry gelatin into shot glasses, filling each glass about halfway. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until set.
– Once the blue layer is firm, pour the pink strawberry gelatin on top of it. Refrigerate for another 1-2 hours, or until fully set.
3. Add the Toppings:
– Just before serving, top each jello shot with a dollop of whipped cream.
– Add a small tuft of cotton candy fluff and a sprinkle of edible glitter or sprinkles for decoration.
4. Serve:
– Serve chilled and enjoy immediately, as the cotton candy will begin to dissolve over time.
