Ingredients:
First Layer:
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
Second Layer:
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz vodka
Third Layer:
1 oz grenadine
For the Glass Rim:
Lime wedge
Granulated sugar
Directions:
Prepare the Glass:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass.
Dip the rim into granulated sugar to coat it.
First Layer:
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
In a shaker, combine Midori, coconut rum, and pineapple juice.
Shake well and slowly pour into the prepared glass.
Second Layer:
In a shaker, mix blue curaçao and vodka with ice.
