Coastal Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 pineapple slice for garnish
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
Ice cubes
Directions:
Prepare the Glass: Fill a hurricane or rocks glass with ice.
Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine pineapple juice, coconut rum, and blue curaçao. Shake well.
Pour and Serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice.
