Classic Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
Make the Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Add Chocolate Chips:
Fold in the chocolate chips to give the brownies an extra fudgy texture.
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before lifting them out with the parchment overhang. Slice into squares and enjoy!
