Classic Corn Fritter Bread
A soft and savory bread packed with sweet corn kernels.
Ingredients:
1 cup corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
Instructions:
1 Mix Dry Ingredients Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2 Prepare Batter Whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients.
3 Add Corn Fold in corn and cheese. Mix until well combined.
4 Bake Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180C 350F for 3035 minutes.
5 Cool & Serve Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy with butter or a dip!
