Ingredients:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup sugar for topping
– 1/3 cup sour cream
– 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325F 163C and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even crust.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly it will firm up as it cools.
9. Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for about an hour. Then, refrigerate it for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
