Churro Cracker Candy
Ingredients:
2-3 sleeves saltine crackers
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz white chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Arrange saltines on a lined baking sheet.
Melt butter, add brown sugar; cook until bubbly. Pour over crackers.
Bake 5-7 mins. Add chocolate chips; spread melted.
Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar. Cool, break into pieces.
