Christmas Miami Vice
A merry twist on a classic tropical cocktail!
Ingredients:
For the Strawberry Layer:
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 oz white rum
1/2 cup ice
1 oz coconut cream
For the Pina Colada Layer:
1 oz coconut rum
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup ice
1 oz coconut cream
Instructions:
Make Strawberry Layer: Blend strawberries, white rum, coconut cream, and ice until smooth. Pour into a festive glass, filling halfway.
Make Pina Colada Layer: Rinse the blender, then blend coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice until smooth.
Layer the Drink: Carefully pour the Pina Colada layer over the strawberry layer. Garnish with a strawberry, pineapple slice, or mint for a holiday touch!
