Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

Instructions
1 Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2 Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
3 Add Eggs and Extracts:
Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla and almond extracts, until fully incorporated.
4 Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
5 Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the sour cream and milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined.
6 Fold in Cranberries and Pecans:
Gently fold in the cranberries and pecans if using to evenly distribute.

Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
