Chocolate Éclair Dessert

Ingredients:

1 box 12 oz graham crackers

2 packages 3.4 oz each instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups cold milk

1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Gently fold in the whipped topping.

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, lay a layer of graham crackers on the bottom. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.

Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the crackers.

Top with a final layer of graham crackers.

In a separate bowl, make the chocolate glaze by whisking together cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading it evenly.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Slice and enjoy!
