Chocolate-Covered Cherry Old-Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1 tsp cherry liqueur
1 tsp chocolate liqueur
1 dash bitters
1 sugar cube
1 maraschino cherry for garnish
1 small piece of dark chocolate for garnish
Instructions:
1 Place the sugar cube in an Old-Fashioned glass.
2 Add the bitters and a splash of water, then muddle the sugar cube until dissolved.
3 Add the bourbon, cherry liqueur, and chocolate liqueur, and stir well to combine.
4 Add a large ice cube to the glass.
5 Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a small piece of dark chocolate.
