Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

These Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars combine the best of both worlds: a classic chocolate chip cookie dough crust with a creamy cheesecake center, topped with another layer of cookie dough. Perfect for dessert lovers!

Ingredients:

40 oz refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

16 oz cream cheese 燎

1 large egg 讀

cup granulated sugar

tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp lemon juice optional

Instructions:

1 Preheat oven to 350F 175C.


2 Freeze the cookie dough for a few hours for easier slicing.

3 Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

4 Set the egg out until it reaches room temperature.

5 Line a 13×9″” pan with parchment paper or non-stick foil.

6 Slice half of the cookie dough into “” slices and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

7 Bake for 10 minutes to form the crust.

8 Beat the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust.

9 Slice the remaining cookie dough and layer it on top of the cheesecake.

Return to the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.

11 Cool completely, then refrigerate before serving.
