Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter 杻
For the Cheesecake Filling:
500g cream cheese, softened 燎
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 large eggs 讀
1/2 cup heavy cream 拏
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
Cherry pie filling or fresh cherries
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes. 杻
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Preheat oven to 325F 160C.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix well. 燎
Add eggs one at a time, then stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract. 讀拏
Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
3. Bake:
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is slightly set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Decorate:
Top the cheesecake with cherry pie filling or fresh cherries. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for an elegant finish.
