Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe 龍
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
1 cup breadcrumbs 稜
2 eggs, beaten 讀
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
200g fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup heavy cream 拏
2 tbsp olive oil 㮝
2 tbsp butter 杻
2 garlic cloves, minced 龍
Salt and pepper to taste 蓼
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat olive oil in the skillet. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 菱
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
5. Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and let the sauce thicken for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 拏
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the mushroom sauce over it, and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
