Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Savory Chicken and Bacon Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

Ingredients Serves 10:

– 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

– cup Ranch dressing

– cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

– 10 Hawaiian sweet rolls

– 1 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

– 3 tablespoons butter, melted

– teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.


2. Grease a baking dish large enough to fit 10 rolls an 8×8 or similar size works well. Place the bottom half of the sliced Hawaiian rolls in the dish.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, bacon, and Parmesan cheese until well mixed.

4. Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.

5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

6. Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches.

7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder.

8. Brush the garlic butter over the top of the rolls.

9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.

10. Remove the foil, serve warm, and enjoy!
