Treat yourself to these deliciously chewy nougat bars, packed with sweet white chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and a delightful mix of dried fruits and nuts. Perfect for snacking or gifting!

Ingredients:

2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 拏

1 cup mixed dried fruits such as dried apricots, cherries, pineapple, and papaya

1 cup mixed nuts such as almonds, pistachios, and cashews 樂

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:

1 Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8×8-inch or similar size baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

2 Melt the Mixture: In a large saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until everything is melted and smooth.

3 Add Flavor and Ingredients: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Gently fold in the mixed dried fruits and nuts until evenly distributed.

4 Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the nougat mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Press it down firmly to create an even layer.
