Cheesy Meatball Sub Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large baguette, sliced lengthwise 稜

500g ground beef 數

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg 讀

2 garlic cloves, minced 龍

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt and pepper 蓼

2 cups marinara sauce


1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 燎

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180C 350F.

2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Roll into small meatballs. 數

3. Heat a skillet and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Place the sliced baguette on a baking tray. Fill with meatballs and marinara sauce. 稜

5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 燎

6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
