Cheesy Chicken Spinach Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large tortillas
200g grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheese sauce
1/4 cup chopped parsley optional, for garnish
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Grill or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Slice into thin strips.
2. Cook the Spinach:
In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
Add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Assemble the Wrap:
Place a tortilla flat on a surface.
Layer with sautéed spinach, grilled chicken slices, and shredded cheddar cheese or drizzle with cheese sauce.
4. Wrap and Heat:
Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.
Toast for 1-2 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Garnish and Serve:
Slice the wrap in half.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
