Cheesy Beef Burrito
Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup sour cream
Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
2. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a generous scoop of beef mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Roll it tightly.
4. Place burritos on a baking sheet, sprinkle more cheese on top, and bake at 180C 350F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
5. Garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro. Serve warm!
