Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries
A Sweet & Creamy Bite-Sized Treat!
Ingredients
18-24 large strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions
1 Prepare the Strawberries:
Wash and dry the strawberries.
Slice each one in half lengthwise and scoop out a small portion from the center to create space for the filling.
2 Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to make it light and fluffy.
3 Prepare the Topping:
Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl until combined.
4 Assemble the Strawberries:
Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each strawberry half.
Sprinkle the graham cracker topping over each filled strawberry.
5 Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
