cheesecake bites
Ingredients :
200g biscuits
100g melted butter
5 Eggs
700g cream cheese
100g 12 cups sugar
150g melted chocolate
2 tbsp vegetable oil
40 g 1/3 cup hazelnut beads
Methods
In a bowl, mix the ground biscuits with melted butter, transfer to a baking tray and press.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour pressed biscuits. Bake at 160 C 320 F for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and dip into a mix of melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
