Bubblegum Colada Twist
This playful and creamy cocktail blends tropical coconut and pineapple flavors with a sweet bubblegum twist! Perfect for summer parties or when youre in the mood for something unique and colorful.
Ingredients
Bubblegum Layer:
1/2 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup
1/4 cup cream or half-and-half 拏
1/2 cup crushed ice 流
Colada Layer:
1/2 cup coconut cream 便
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup ice cubes 流
2 oz white rum optional for a boozy twist
Toppings:
Whipped cream
Pink sugar crystals
Mini bubblegum candies or cocktail umbrellas for garnish
Instructions
1. Blend the Bubblegum Layer:
In a blender, combine bubblegum syrup , cream 拏, and crushed ice 流. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Colada Layer:
In the same blender rinsed, mix coconut cream 便, pineapple juice , ice cubes 流, and rum if using . Blend until creamy and smooth.
3. Assemble the Drink:
Pour the bubblegum mixture into the bottom of a tall glass.
Gently pour the colada mixture over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the bubblegum layer for a beautiful two-tone effect.
4. Decorate and Serve:
Top with a swirl of whipped cream .
Sprinkle pink sugar crystals for sparkle.
Add mini bubblegum candies or a fun cocktail umbrella as garnish.
