Brown Sugar Bourbon Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz 60 ml Bourbon 弄
1 oz 30 ml Freshly Brewed Espresso
1/2 oz 15 ml Brown Sugar Syrup
1/4 oz 7.5 ml Coffee Liqueur like Kahlúa
Ice 流
Coffee Beans for garnish, optional
Preparation:
Brew a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, espresso, brown sugar syrup, and coffee liqueur. 弄
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill and combine. 流
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a few coffee beans on top optional.
