Blue Moon Sour
Ingredients:
Gin
Crème de Violette
Fresh Lemon Juice
Egg White
Ice
Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions:
In a shaker, combine a shot of gin, a splash of Crème de Violette, and fresh lemon juice.
Add the egg white to the mixture.
Dry shake without ice vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to create a frothy texture.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill.
Strain into a coupe glass to let the foam settle on top.
