Blackberry Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 teaspoon baking soda 籠
1 teaspoon salt 蓼
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs 讀讀讀讀
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups blackberries
Instructions:
1 Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray. 2 In a bowl, mash blackberries with 1/2 cup sugar until juicy. 3 In a separate large bowl, whisk eggs with remaining 1 cup sugar. Add oil and mashed blackberries, mixing well. 4 Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Stir until combined. 5 Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 6 Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoy the burst of blackberry flavor!
