Biscoff Cookie Butter Cinnamon Rolls
Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with rich Biscoff cookie butter and topped with creamy icingan indulgent treat thats perfect for breakfast, dessert, or any special occasion!
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
cup granulated sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast 蓼
cup warm milk 110F/45C 拏
cup unsalted butter, melted 杻
cup water
1 large egg 讀
tsp salt 蓼
For the Filling:
cup Biscoff cookie butter, softened
cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened 杻
For the Icing:
4 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
cup Biscoff cookie butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp milk 拏
Instructions:
1 Prepare the Dough:
In a small bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, water, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
2 Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix Biscoff cookie butter, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
3 Assemble the Rolls:
Roll out the dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 slices. Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
4 Second Rise & Bake:
Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C.
Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
5 Make the Icing:
Beat softened cream cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add milk until spreadable.
6 Ice the Rolls:
Drizzle the icing generously over the warm cinnamon rolls. Serve and enjoy!
