Best Salmon Bake
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets 6 oz each1/4 cup melted butter2 tbsp fresh lemon juice2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp dried dill1/2 tsp paprikaSalt and pepper to tasteLemon slices and fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C.Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish.In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the salmon.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.Garnish with lemon slices and parsley before serving.
