Baked Stuffed Brie with Cranberries & Walnuts 燎
Ingredients:
1 wheel of brie cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C.
Slice the brie in half horizontally to create two layers.
Spread cranberries and walnuts evenly on the bottom half of the brie, then place the top half back on.
Place the stuffed brie in the center of the puff pastry and fold the pastry around it, sealing the edges.
Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers or baguette slices.
