Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
12 chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
