Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Ingredients:

1 package 14 oz mini smokies sausages

12 slices of bacon, cut in half

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:


1 Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 Wrap each mini smokie with a half slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.

3 Place the wrapped smokies on the baking sheet.

4 In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped sausages.

5 Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are heated through.

6 Serve warm and enjoy!
