Bacon-Wrapped Dates
Ingredients:
24 large Medjool dates, pitted
12 slices of bacon, halved
1/4 cup cream cheese or goat cheese optional, for stuffing
Toothpicks
Instructions:
1 Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Optional: Stuff each date with cream cheese or goat cheese for extra flavor.
3 Wrap each date with half a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
4 Place the bacon-wrapped dates on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
5 Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy.
6 Let cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy!
